Teams

This year, invitations to the BOI were sent out to nine countries: Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, and Sweden. A team of six contestants and two team leaders was invited from each country.

Unfortunately, Norway is unable to participate this year, so the line-up will be as follows:

You may notice that there are eight contestants instead of six listed for Estonia. It has long been a tradition of the BOI that the host country can have either a second team or a few extra contestants. This year, Morten and Heiki are the extra contestants from Estonia.

The guides are from the Tartu Kivilinna Gymnasium.
